会议期间住宿费用自理，会议提供部分用餐。
Room rates are not covered by the registration fee. Lunches during the conference will be provided.
关于退费（About the cancellation policy）:
Written notifications must be emailed to the secretariat (sess_workshop@tju.edu.cn).
•Registration cancellation received by 28 February 2025 will receive a complete refund. However, the bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.
•Cancellations received
after 28 February 2025 will have a $50 USD processing fee deducted from their refund, in addition to the bank transfer fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations after 24 March 2025.
