· All attendees, including presenters and conveners, must register for SESS 2025 to participate in the meeting.

· Attendees are encouraged to register for the meeting by 28 February (Beijing Time) to take advantage of the early bird registration rates offered. All early bird registrations must be accompanied by payment. If payment is not provided, the registration will not be processed, and standard registration rates will apply. The deadline to register at the early bird rate is 28 February (Beijing Time) .
